  1. PHYSICAL GOODS (Original Condition)
    Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for physical products. To be eligible for a return, the physical item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact original condition that you received it. If the item shows signs of use, the right of withdrawal is voided.
  2. DIGITAL GOODS (Loss of Withdrawal Right)
    According to Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to the supply of digital content (e.g., 8K digital art downloads) which is not supplied on a tangible medium. By purchasing and downloading digital art from this store, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun.

    Vastavalt ELi tarbijaõiguste direktiivi artikli 16 punktile m EI KOHALDATA 14-päevast taganemisõigust sellise digitaalse sisu (nt 8K digitaalkunsti allalaadimised) edastamisele, mida ei toimetata kätte füüsilisel andmekandjal. Ostes ja laadides alla digitaalset kunsti, annate selgesõnalise nõusoleku lepingu koheseks täitmiseks ja kinnitate, et kaotate oma taganemisõiguse, kui allalaadimine või juurdepääs on alanud.
